11 Consent to Establish & Consent to Operate

Consent to Establish: CTE is required to be secured prior to the establishment of plant, industry, or process.  The consent to establish (CTE) serves as a primary clearance.

Consent to Operate: Once the Plant, industry, or process is set up as per mandatory pollution control system*, the units are required to secure CTO i.e. Consent to Operate.

12 Green Credit Programme The Green Credit Programme is a government initiative in India to quantify environmental actions and monetize them in the form of green credits, similar to carbon credits. The program provides a mechanism for financing renewable energy projects, afforestation, and sustainable land use, among other initiatives. It aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote sustainable development. The program has already financed projects worth INR 1,15,000 crore and is expected to mobilize INR 1,75,000 crore by 2025. The program incentivizes environmentally responsible and sustainable actions by individuals, companies, and local bodies. The program aligns with Sustainable Development Verified Impact Standard (SD VISta) and other SDG labeling activities to some degree.
13 ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Course

ISO 14001 deals with environmental issues which need to audit different industries, stakeholders, and their beneficiaries. This can be achieved in two ways; one way is through internal audit by all and second is third party audit by all. In the next decade there will be a requirement of 1 million lead auditors (approximately) for ISO 14001 as per the current survey. The lead auditor of ISO 14001 will be trained for internal auditing as well as external auditing and after going through five days course and qualifying the examination the lead auditor certificate will be awarded to the successful participants through ‘Exemplar Global’ (which is renowned internationally). After becoming lead auditor, they can practice independently as lead auditor alternately. Alternatively, they can join different organizations according to requirement and as per vacancies. Also, they can send us a consent letter (which we will share after being successfully becoming lead auditor) and they can participate as a learner with our group G C Consultancy Services to gain experience in field. For that they will be paid suitably.
