The Certificate Course on EPR Compliance in India was successfully conducted on 28 February 2026 (Online). The programme provided practical guidance on EPR requirements for Plastic Waste, E-Waste, Battery Waste, and Waste Tyres in line with the latest guidelines of the Central Pollution Control Board and the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.

The session covered legal obligations, roles of PIBOs, recyclers and PROs, compliance timelines, documentation, and common gaps with practical approaches to avoid penalties. It was attended by professionals from manufacturing, ESG, environmental auditing, consultancy, and government sectors.

The short term online certificate course was conducted on 24 January 2026 on India’s evolving Air and Water regulatory framework has been successfully completed. The course highlighted key changes from the traditional Air Act, 1981 and Water Act, 1974 to a more integrated compliance approach, focusing on updated regulatory requirements, monitoring, reporting, and enforcement provisions. Participants gained practical clarity on aligning compliance practices with the new framework and reducing regulatory risks.

The session on Classification of Industries as per CPCB Guidelines (2025) has been successfully completed. The program provided practical clarity on industry categorization into Red, Orange, Green, White and Blue based on pollution potential, along with the regulatory role of the Pollution Index in determining environmental approvals and compliance requirements. Key provisions under the Water Act, Air Act and Environment (Protection) Act were discussed, supported by real-world case examples for effective regulatory understanding.

We successfully conducted the first batch Training Program on Environmental Audit Rules, 2025 in response to the recent notification issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEF&CC), Government of India.

ISO 45001:2018 is an international standard that specifies the requirements for an occupational health and safety management system (OH&S). It provides a framework for organizations to manage and improve their occupational health and safety performance. The standard aims to prevent work-related injuries, ill health, and fatalities, as well as to provide a safe and healthy work environment.

ISO 14001:2015 is an international standard that specifies the requirements for an environmental management system (EMS). It is part of the ISO 14000 family of standards, which provides organizations with a framework to effectively manage their environmental responsibilities.

A hazardous waste management course typically focuses on the principles and practices involved in the safe handling, storage, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste. This type of course was designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage hazardous waste in compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

Consent to Establish: CTE is required to be secured prior to the establishment of plant, industry, or process.  The consent to establish (CTE) serves as a primary clearance.

Consent to Operate: Once the Plant, industry, or process is set up as per mandatory pollution control system*, the units are required to secure CTO i.e. Consent to Operate.

ISO 14001 deals with environmental issues which need to audit different industries, stakeholders, and their beneficiaries. This can be achieved in two ways; one way is through internal audit by all and second is third party audit by all. In the next decade there will be a requirement of 1 million lead auditors (approximately) for ISO 14001 as per the current survey. The lead auditor of ISO 14001 will be trained for internal auditing as well as external auditing and after going through five days course and qualifying the examination the lead auditor certificate will be awarded to the successful participants through ‘Exemplar Global’ (which is renowned internationally). After becoming lead auditor, they can practice independently as lead auditor alternately. Alternatively, they can join different organizations according to requirement and as per vacancies. Also, they can send us a consent letter (which we will share after being successfully becoming lead auditor) and they can participate as a learner with our group G C Consultancy Services to gain experience in field. For that they will be paid suitably.
